Author's Note:
Alix of Dreams was originally published on the Web in 1995,
and was part of a first wave of original fiction that made an appearance
around that time. After many years' hiatus, Alix of Dreams is back in its
original form. I have not altered any of the material itself, except to update
some of the information in the Afterword and this front page. The HTML is
ancient, as this was originally all written in an HTML-unaware text editor and
later modified in the archaic Claris Home Page.
As a site, Alix garnered many of the then-coveted
"site of the day" type awards -- mainly fluff, but it made me feel darn good
at the time.
